Wallace Salver Pairs

After a very wet morning, the skies cleared slightly in the afternoon and the rain held off (for the most part!) for the Wallace Salver Pairs competition to get underway on Saturday 30th August. 15 Pairs competed across 3 sections, in 6 end matches, with section winners and the best runners up heading onwards to the semi finals.

The semi finals were played, and the final set for Laura Thomson and Roger Perham VS Sheelagh Clark and Euan Gibson. Sadly though, just as the final was about to get underway the cloud that had been threatening for the latter part of the afternoon rolled in, the heavens opened, and the final had to be postponed. It will instead be played on Saturday 12th of September at 12pm. Best of luck to the finalists!
